I have a DJI Mavic Pro.
To faciliate launch and recovery of the drone, I designed and 3D printed a grab bar.
The cradle where the drone sits has clearences for the sensors on the bottom of the drone so it doesnt interfere with their operation.
It attaches to the drone with velcro wrap strap.
It weighs only 1.3 oz.
It is important to adjust the settings on the controller.
- Disable “Obstacle Avoidance”.
- Set “Home Point” to Dynamic and update the H.P. frequently while flying
- Disable “Maximum Flight Distance”.
